OBJECTIVE

To bring unique value and positive social impact, recovering maladjusted citizens by building life projects with people, believing in the inclusive potential of the community.

Engage the community in the process of change towards the inclusion of persons with disability, to multiply the value creation for all the stakeholders.

THE PROBLEM

The organization strives to create a positive social impact by helping marginalized citizens build meaningful lives through community inclusion. However, it grapples with key issues:

  1. Empowering People with Disabilities: Enhancing support and resources to empower individuals with disabilities for a more fulfilling life.
  2. Promoting Inclusion: Convincing local partners of the benefits of diversity and inclusion to foster collaborative community engagement.
  3. Measuring Systemic Impact: Developing a reliable system to quantify and enhance the far-reaching effects of their work for continuous improvement.

Overcoming these challenges will enable the organization to achieve its mission of transforming lives and communities through inclusive, impactful initiatives.

EXPECTED RESULTS

Develop a Theory of Systemic Change to support the following outcomes:

1. Empowering Individuals with Disabilities: The organization envisions designing interventions from a systemic perspective, crafting comprehensive support structures that address the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. Through these interventions, the aim is to empower each individual, equipping them with the tools, skills, and resources needed to lead meaningful lives within an inclusive community.

2. Promoting Inclusion and Diversity: To address the challenge of sensitizing local partners, the organization seeks to involve various stakeholders in the analysis of social problems. By engaging a diverse range of perspectives, the collective insight can contribute to the development of inclusive and innovative solutions. This collaborative approach shifts the focus from an individualistic attitude to a network approach, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared responsibility.

3. Measuring Systemic Impact: In pursuit of measuring systemic impact, the organization is dedicated to developing robust tools that accurately gauge the far-reaching effects of their initiatives. By quantifying the tangible changes brought about by their work, the organization can refine strategies, demonstrate value, and continuously improve their efforts to better serve the community.

4. Transforming Lives Through Inclusion: Through the implementation of these outcomes, the organization aspires to transform lives, replacing marginalization with empowerment, and fostering a sense of belonging for marginalized citizens. The collective efforts of stakeholders, the systemic perspective, and the measurement tools contribute to a comprehensive approach that drives positive social impact, creating a community where diversity is embraced and everyone contributes to a more inclusive and harmonious society.
